Welcome to Jessie Approved. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of JessieApprovedTN.com, the Jessie Approved membership, and any related content, offers, perks, pages, emails, or services provided through Jessie Approved.
By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing a membership, or using any Jessie Approved member perk, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase a membership.
1. About Jessie Approved
Jessie Approved is a local membership platform that helps members discover participating businesses, local perks, offers, experiences, and recommendations across Middle Tennessee.
Jessie Approved does not own or operate the participating businesses listed on the website. Participating businesses are independent businesses and are responsible for their own products, services, pricing, hours, customer service, availability, and fulfillment of any offer or perk.
2. Membership Access
Jessie Approved offers paid membership access to member content, participating business perks, local recommendations, and other membership features.
Membership access is for personal use only. You may not sell, share, transfer, publish, or distribute your login, membership access, codes, screenshots, member pages, or member perks to another person.
Jessie Approved may suspend, limit, or terminate a membership if we believe the membership is being misused, shared, copied, abused, or used in a way that harms Jessie Approved, participating businesses, or other members.
3. Subscription Billing
Jessie Approved memberships are billed monthly unless otherwise stated at checkout.
By purchasing a membership, you authorize Jessie Approved and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method for the membership price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes or fees.
The Founder Membership is currently listed at $7.99 per month. Promotional pricing may be offered from time to time. If you use a promo code, your discounted amount will apply only according to the terms shown at checkout or in the offer.
Your membership renews automatically each month until canceled.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
Cancellation stops future billing. Cancellation does not automatically refund past charges.
If you cancel, your access may continue until the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated by the platform or payment processor.
To cancel your membership, log in to your account and manage your subscription through the website, or contact Jessie Approved at hello@jessieapprovedtn.com.
5. Refunds
Because Jessie Approved provides immediate access to digital membership content, business perks, and member information, membership payments are generally non-refundable.
Jessie Approved may approve a refund in its sole discretion if there is a billing error, duplicate charge, or technical issue that prevented access to the membership.
Refund requests must be sent to hello@jessieapprovedtn.com with the name and email address used to purchase the membership.
6. Member Perks and Offers
Member perks, participating businesses, offers, values, exclusions, availability, and redemption rules may change at any time.
Some offers may have limitations, exclusions, blackout dates, minimum purchase requirements, appointment requirements, location restrictions, quantity limits, or other business-specific rules.
Participating businesses may update, pause, remove, or discontinue an offer. Jessie Approved will make reasonable efforts to keep the website updated, but we do not guarantee that every offer will be available at all times.
Jessie Approved does not guarantee any specific savings amount, offer value, number of participating businesses, or frequency of use.
7. Redeeming Member Perks
To redeem a member perk, you may be required to show proof of an active Jessie Approved membership.
Businesses may ask to verify your membership before honoring an offer.
Perks are only valid for active members. Expired, canceled, inactive, or shared memberships may not be accepted.
Participating businesses have the right to enforce their own reasonable redemption rules, including exclusions, appointment requirements, and availability.
8. Participating Businesses
Participating businesses are independent third parties. Jessie Approved is not responsible for the products, services, food, beverages, appointments, experiences, safety, quality, delivery, scheduling, hours, pricing, staff, policies, or customer service of any participating business.
Any issue with a product or service provided by a participating business should be addressed directly with that business.
Jessie Approved may assist when appropriate, but we are not responsible for refunds, replacements, credits, or compensation related to a participating business’s products or services.
9. Website Content
The content on Jessie Approved may include recommendations, descriptions, images, business information, pricing, perk details, and local content.
We try to keep information accurate and updated, but errors may happen. Business hours, prices, offers, menus, availability, and details may change without notice.
Jessie Approved does not guarantee that all website content is complete, current, or error-free.
10. No Guaranteed Results
Jessie Approved is designed to help members discover local businesses and access member perks. We do not guarantee that a membership will save you a specific amount of money, create a specific experience, or meet every expectation.
Use of Jessie Approved is at your own discretion.
11. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, contact Jessie Approved as soon as possible.
12. Intellectual Property
All Jessie Approved branding, website content, copy, design, images, graphics, logos, layouts, videos, guides, and member content are owned by Jessie Approved or used with permission unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, screenshot for public distribution, or create competing materials from Jessie Approved content without written permission.
13. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
Share your membership access with others.
Copy or distribute member content.
Use Jessie Approved for unlawful purposes.
Attempt to bypass membership access controls.
Misrepresent your membership status.
Harass, abuse, or harm participating businesses, members, or Jessie Approved.
Use Jessie Approved content to create a competing platform, list, directory, or membership service.
14. Changes to the Membership
Jessie Approved may update, modify, pause, or discontinue parts of the membership, including perks, features, participating businesses, pricing, or access rules.
If material changes are made, Jessie Approved may notify members by email, website notice, or account notice.
Continued use of Jessie Approved after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
15. Payment Processor
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Jessie Approved does not store or have access to your full credit card number.
Payment processing is subject to the payment processor’s terms, privacy practices, and security procedures.
16. Third Party Links
Jessie Approved may link to third-party websites, social media pages, business websites, maps, menus, booking pages, or other external resources.
Jessie Approved is not responsible for third-party websites, content, privacy practices, policies, pricing, or services.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jessie Approved will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost profit damages arising from your use of the website, membership, member perks, participating businesses, or third-party services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jessie Approved’s total liability for any claim related to the membership will not exceed the amount you paid to Jessie Approved for the membership during the three months before the claim arose.
18. Disclaimer
Jessie Approved is provided on an as-available and as-is basis.
We do not guarantee that the website, membership, content, offers, or participating business information will always be available, uninterrupted, accurate, secure, or error-free.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jessie Approved, its owner, team members, contractors, partners, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, violation of another person’s rights, or misuse of any member perk.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.
