This Subscription, Cancellation, and Refund Policy applies to Jessie Approved memberships purchased through JessieApprovedTN.com.
1. Monthly Membership
Jessie Approved is a monthly membership that provides access to member content, participating business perks, local offers, and curated Middle Tennessee recommendations.
The Founder Membership is currently $7.99 per month unless a promo code or special offer applies at checkout.
2. Automatic Renewal
By purchasing a Jessie Approved membership, you understand and agree that your membership renews automatically each month until canceled.
Your payment method will be charged on a recurring monthly basis unless you cancel before your next billing date.
3. Promo Codes and Discounted Pricing
Jessie Approved may offer promo codes, founder pricing, limited-time discounts, or other special offers.
Promotional pricing applies only according to the terms shown at checkout or in the promotion.
After a promotional period ends, your membership may renew at the regular monthly membership price unless otherwise stated.
4. How to Cancel
You may cancel your membership at any time.
To cancel, log in to your Jessie Approved account and manage your subscription through the website.
If you need help canceling, contact Jessie Approved at hello@jessieapprovedtn.com using the email address connected to your membership.
To avoid future charges, cancellation must be completed before your next billing date.
5. After Cancellation
When you cancel, future billing stops.
Your access may continue until the end of your current paid billing period unless otherwise stated by the platform or payment processor.
After your access ends, you will no longer be able to access member pages, member perks, or active membership benefits.
6. No Partial Month Refunds
Jessie Approved does not offer partial-month refunds for unused time, unused perks, forgotten cancellations, lack of use, or changes in participating businesses.
Memberships are digital access products. Once access is granted, the payment is generally non-refundable.
7. Refund Exceptions
Jessie Approved may approve a refund in limited situations, including:
A duplicate charge.
A billing error.
A technical issue prevented access and could not be resolved.
Another situation approved by Jessie Approved in its sole discretion.
Refund requests must be sent to hello@jessieapprovedtn.com with your name, account email, charge date, and reason for the request.
8. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, your membership access may be paused, limited, or canceled.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information accurate and current.
9. Changes to Pricing
Jessie Approved may change membership pricing in the future.
If pricing changes affect your active membership, Jessie Approved will provide notice as required by applicable law.
