These Business Partner Terms apply to local businesses that participate in Jessie Approved by offering a member perk, local offer, featured listing, or promotional opportunity.

By agreeing to participate in Jessie Approved, the business agrees to the following terms.

1. Participation

The participating business gives Jessie Approved permission to list the business name, offer details, category, general location, website, social media link, and related business information on JessieApprovedTN.com and related marketing channels.

2. Business Responsibility

The participating business is responsible for honoring the offer it provides to Jessie Approved members, subject to the agreed offer terms, exclusions, availability, and business policies.

The participating business is responsible for its own products, services, staff, customer service, hours, pricing, quality, safety, appointments, fulfillment, and legal compliance.

3. Offer Changes

The participating business may request changes to its offer by contacting Jessie Approved.

Offer changes should be provided in writing.

Jessie Approved may update, remove, pause, or edit offer information to keep the platform accurate and clear for members.

4. Member Verification

The participating business may request proof of active Jessie Approved membership before honoring an offer.

Offers are intended for active Jessie Approved members only.

5. Use of Business Name and Content

The participating business gives Jessie Approved permission to use its business name, logo, public images, website information, social media handles, and offer details for the purpose of promoting the Jessie Approved membership and the participating business.

If the business provides specific photos, videos, logos, or materials, the business confirms it has the right to provide those materials to Jessie Approved.

6. No Guaranteed Results

Jessie Approved does not guarantee a specific number of visits, sales, redemptions, leads, followers, views, impressions, or revenue for any participating business.

7. Removal

Either Jessie Approved or the participating business may request removal from the platform.

Jessie Approved may remove a business if an offer is no longer active, if the business does not honor the stated offer, if the business information becomes inaccurate, or if continued participation is not a good fit for the platform.
